I’m looking forward to visiting your day care centre on Tuesday 17th and Thursday 19th of September. Further below you’ll find FAQ about the day and snapshot of some of my packages. If anything is unclear, or you’d like to chat with me, feel free to get in touch. If you have not submitted your registration form I am unable to photograph your child on the day. My style is relaxed and natural and my goal is to capture a true reflection of your child. I can’t wait to meet everyone!
FAQ for Parents
If you want photos taken of your child. Fill Out the Registration Form. This needs to be done before photo day since it gives us the green light to photograph your child. If you don't register, we won’t be able to take individual photos of your little one.
Photo Package Prices:
Single Digital Files: $30 each, or grab a bundle for a discount.
Print Packages: Starting at just $25, super affordable.
Group Photo Prints: $25.
Extras: We also offer individual items like single prints, framing, and calendars.
For Siblings at the Same Centre: Each child needs their own package, so you’ll pick one per child.
If your child is absent on photo day? We’re usually at the center for 1-2 days, there might be a chance to bring them in while we’re still around. Just contact us to reschedule during our time there.If we’ve already wrapped up our sessions, we might be able to return for one more visit (depending on our schedule). In that case, there would be an upfront fee, but it’ll go towards any purchases you make.
What should my child wear for photo day? Honestly, the best photos are all about capturing your child’s face, so fancy clothes aren’t necessary. Just make sure they’re in something clean and comfy. We do suggest avoiding red, big brand logos, or slogans on tees. Whether it’s a cute dress or a well-loved shirt that’ll be a keepsake and make you smile when you look back on it.
If you have specific requests just note it on the registration form or tell the teacher. We only have time for 1 set of clothing.
Do you take Sibling photos ? Yes, absolutely! If your siblings are both/all enrolled at the centre - we photograph them at some point during the morning that you have selected for photos. Each sibling must be registered for sibling photos to be taken. A gallery of images is provided for each child separately with the photos of the siblings together placed into the youngest child's photo gallery. Please select the SAME photo day for each of your siblings so we can photograph them together.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not photograph siblings NOT enrolled at the centre that are younger than school age due to time constraints and other factors. Please arrange a family session on a weekend for this service. Our priority is to capture children registered at the centre plus possibly older school age children for sibling photos only.
My child is shy and probably won’t want to be photographed? Sometimes a smile may not happen but we will try to capture them doing an activity they love. It’s not our style to push or ask for cheese smiles, we’re all about authentic captures so it’s very much child led. Our approach is respectful to the child and never forced. A little chat and we will see where they are at. We do our best to make it a low pressure environment and hopefully we see a little flicker of who they are.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
ORDERING + TIMEFRAMES
After your photo week, your child's photos will be processed, edited, and uploaded to a private online gallery. This can take 1-3 weeks, depending on the number of children at your Centre and the time of year. Once the photos are ready, you'll receive an email with a password to access your private gallery.
Important Notes:
We do not provide a thumbnail preview of the class photo due to child protection laws.
The gallery is private to protect your child’s privacy; please do not share the password.
You'll have 10 days to order your images online through the gallery. Orders will be accepted after this time but a delivery fee will apply and they will sent to your home, not the centre.
DELIVERY
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS
If you purchase digital photographs, you will receive an email with a link to download the photographs instantly.
PRINTED PHOTOGRAPHS
Print parcels will be delivered to your Childcare Centre for collection approximately 2 weeks after the order closing date. You’ll receive an email when they are ready to collect.
